Built multi-level, dynamic BOMs mapped to actual forging sequences. Digital job cards were configured to update inventory and production status in real time as soon as they were created on the shop floor.
Inventory & Asset Management
Unified raw material stock, in-process inventory, and finished goods into a single system. Assets across the plant—forging presses, heat treatment furnaces, tooling—were entered with AMC schedules and depreciation timelines.
International Sales & Taxation
Configured Sales & Purchase with multi-currency support, country-specific tax templates, and automatic conversion factors at the invoice level, fully automating previously manual cross-border tax calculations.
HR, Payroll & WhatsApp Integration
Streamlined HR for attendance, shift management, and payroll. Implemented direct WhatsApp Business API integration for dispatching POs, international invoices, and challans directly from ERPNext.
