Procurement begins inside ERPNext with POs, GRNs recorded upon physical unloading, and material inspection entries logged before warehousing. Every kilogram of steel is traceable.
BOMs & Production Utilisation
Built multi-variant BOMs reflecting precise material ratios (thickness, perforation, finish). Work orders draw stock automatically, tracking actual vs. planned consumption and flagging deviations.
Full Commercial Cycle & GST Compliance
My Bill Book was retired. Quotations, POs, GRNs, delivery notes, and invoices are fully linked. GSTR-3A and GSTR-3B returns are now auto-generated directly from ERPNext with correct HSN codes and tax rates.
